the President**
Can you believe it, January
is about gone already. One more month closer to the 115th Alumni
Banquet.
The Alumni Committee met
over the weekend as we are getting the final plans in place for this
year's banquet, the Newsletter and other events. If you want to
get this year's newsletter, be sure your dues are up to date and that we
have your correct address. If you want to pay dues but cannot
attend this year's banquet, download this
form to mail in dues.
The Alumni is also taking donations for the Senior Citizenship
Scholarship Reward.
We have also set up a tour
of the new High School. This will be taking place Alumni Weekend,
on June 16 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM. If you are interested in
attending the tour, you can indicate this on your reservation form, or
email me to let me know.
We've heard rumors of many
classes having Class Reunions this year, some near the time of the
banquet, others throughout the summer. If your class is having a
reunion and want to post information about it here, contact me and I
will get yours posted.
A reminder to all seniors
and parents of seniors in the CLVS Class of 2012. Please download
an
application for
the Alumni Scholarship and get them turned into the Guidance Counselor
before June 1. We would love to see a lot of applicants and a
large number of Seniors at this year's banquet. Remember that all
seniors get to attend the banquet for free, so we would love to see you
there.
We are accepting nominations
and volunteers for the Alumni Officers. All seats are available
for your nominee.
We've started to receive
some pictures and stories for the
History page. Email me
danbar1op@verizon.net and I
can get it on here for all to view.
Finally, we found some
Alumni from the lost page.
Check it out, if there is anyone on there and you know their
whereabouts, let us all know.
